The last day of our trip was spent traveling from Japan back to Maine. What a long day it was. We had incredible layovers, and the weather did not help..

Although really I have no clue if anyone is reading this right now, I’d still like to note that I have not forgotten about this blog. I had planned to catch up with the weekend and trip back today, but I came down with a rather nasty cold on the trip back. I will try to catch up tomorrow.

Exhausted. I am exhausted. We have finally arrived at my brother’s apartment in Namioka, Aomori. We went to supper and a drive before we arrived here. The food was good. The plane ride was long. Very, very, very, very long. Overall, we spent around 16-17 hours in the air. Plus there were two layovers. I am having trouble actually typing things, so I am not going to write anymore tonight. Tomorrow we’ll be diving right in and doing things that will no doubt be very interesting to write about.

It is 4:30 in the morning/night, and I can’t believe I am awake. We’ll be departing for Japan in just a few hours, which is exciting. I can’t think of much else to write. I’ll try to describe my flight on the other side, I wonder how that will go.
